School Complaint Register
In view of the above subject and reference, it is necessary to dispose of the grievance received at the school / SMC level in a timely manner. Complaint redressal operations SMC, CRC co. O. BRC Co. 1. Complaint redressal system at school level:
Grievance Register should be maintained at school / SMC level to register complaints and monitor performance for disposal of complaints. Grievance Redressal Book is provided in every school from here onwards. If it is filled or not received, the school should take a 200 page register from the school grant and maintain a grievance redressal register.
