 Duties of teachers and head teachers

The duties of primary school teachers and head teachers are presently prescribed in the State in accordance with Rule-20 (1) and 30 (2) of the rules laid down in Reference- (1).  Under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2006 of the Government of India, primary education in the state has been decided from Std. 1 to 8 instead of Std. 1 to 8, out of which Std.  Is determined to be counted.  To make primary education more quality in the state as well as (Right to Education)


A.  Duties related to stabilization: - (Retention)

 1.  All children in the class will be vigilant to arrive on time.  .  The child attending the school will be vigilant not to class the school before school time.  

3. The children assigned to the class / standard will take care that under no circumstances will they drop out of school in the middle and complete the prescribed studies.




B.  Nomination Duties: -

 (Enrollment)  The headmaster will be helpful in the functioning of the school management committee.  .  The school will prepare a list of children with an admissible age limit.  It will also prepare a list of migrant students.  Special care should be taken to ensure that girls, migrant students and children with special needs are not deprived of admission.  To enroll the children who are eligible for compulsory education in school and to give understanding to the parents to attend regularly.  .

 D.  Duties related to quality: - 

(Quality) Teacher Education Assistant shall keep his uniform and speech, behavior and behavior, school, society and administration in front of the teacher.  He will do academic research on his class and find and treat areas that seem weak.  Under the merit program, he will self-evaluate his class and find the weak areas and compensate them.  Personal planning will be done regarding the grade obtained under the merit program and its improvement.

Subject: Regarding the workload of subject education of teachers of Std. 6 to 8 .... Under the implementation of Right to Education Act 2009

The Government of India has passed "The Right of Children to Fees and Compulsory Education Act-2009"

Subject: Amendment in the assessment plan of Std. 1 to 8 has been read. 

In the notification of 1, section 24 has been amended in the regulations of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education for Children Act, 2006.  H, I, J, K and L have been added after sub-section of section-24 as per this amendment.  Which is involved with this.  According to this amendment, only students who get A, B, C, or D grade in each subject in Std. 5 and Std. 8 will have to be given class promotion in the next standard.  The student cannot be restrained in another standard.  Thus, from the year 2019-20, students who get D grade in two or more subjects in Std. 5 or Std. 8 (i.e. less than 35% achievement will not be given promotion from that standard but within two months after the result of examination is declared  After completing the therapeutic teaching work, the school level will have to conduct re-examination in which if the student can improve his / her grade as expected, class promotion will have to be given.
