Important Circular regarding Primary School Overset Camp: Devbhoomi Dwarka
On 24/11/2020 at 9 am at the designated place for upper primary teachers and on 26/11/2020 for lower primary teachers. The teacher, therefore, has asked the teaching assistant to give the necessary orders from our level and to provide and prepare the information in the attached form.

Overset camp in all districts on the following date.
23/11/2020 to 30/11/2020.
All camps are allowed to leave, including the remaining slaughter for the academic year 2019-20. Reference letter from the Department of Education
In pursuance of this, the establishment of primary teachers under the District / Town Education Committee of Ranjya has been approved on the basis of the number of students till 31/8/2020. Based on the above approved establishment, transfers will have to be made in the school as per the rules of primary teacher / teaching assistant under slaying.
The rules for transfer of primary teachers have been determined by the relevant resolutions of the Department of Education and the resolutions amended from time to time. Chapter- (b) As per the rule of transfer of the above rules, the change in fringe should be done by camp method. Considering the above additional transfer provisions, pending transfers for the year 2020-21. Dated from 23/11/2020. To be completed by 30/11/2020.

Village seniority will be taken into consideration for over setup as per these references. Apart from this, if the number of schools running Std-6 and 7 is less than 20, it will be merged. Also if the number is more than 20 then they will be given sequential standard 7 and 8.
